Meyers Green Steel frames restaurants, mid rises, multi stories, assisted living, warehouses, and barns.

With light gauge steel framing it is possible to have a substantial savings over conventional red iron and concrete. We used 40% less concrete, by replacing the concrete with steel, and using in line light gauge steel. By using a combination of light gauge steel and light weight concrete this eliminates most combustible products, such as wood.

 

 

We have used this system in the past on several projects, allowing our clients to see a savings on their overall project. We replaced the sheer with sheets of light gauge steel. We replaced the roof sheeting and the floor decking with pan-deck and light weight concrete.

This system can also eliminate the need for a sprinkler system.
